[Everything doTERRA] Re: depression

I too have had a lot of success with balance, I use it at night on my
feet. I like whisper on the back of my neck in the morning. My
favorite "pick me up" during the day when I feel that anxiety/panic
coming is to cup and inhale a drop each of frankincense and wild
orange then I rub my hands behind my ears and again on the back of my
neck. I attended Dr. Hill's class two weeks ago and he mentioned
bergamot, r. chamomile, and frankincense. I made a roller bottle
those 3, the exact recipe is on my blog I don't know how to add that
link but I bet she can find a mixture she likes....Good Luck. Alisse
