[Everything doTERRA] depression

Hi Agree for what others are saying a little more info that may be of interest is That Depression can be caused by a calcium deficiency, Stay away from carbonated soft drinks, specifically cola drinks, that are high in phosphorus, they leach calcium from the body .
Eating heavy protein at night does not give the body enough time to digest the food before going to sleep.
The undigested food then ferments which robs the system of needed oxygen and heightens the sense of depression.

The only other thing I would like to raise is the need for us to be careful in "how" we say things the FDA and in Australia the TGA are always watching what we say, we must ensure the advise we share is for Education purposes and can not be seen as diagnosing or giving Medical advise which of course is the Roles of Doctors and other Health Professions.

I like to say things like if it was my body I would do ..........
or I know of a Person who did................
Rather than say take this 3 Times a Day with Water

Do not want to sound like an alarmist......but it is quite important to our Industry as  the pharmacialty Movement in Australia would like to control Supplements and it is no different in the US as can be seen by the McCain bill

I think the first best thing for depression is the LLW (the supplements).  They are amazing!  I was on Zoloft before finding them and the oils.  But if I miss a day or two of my vitamins, I can begin to feel that overwhelming darkness setting in.  As for oils, I find they all have some properties that help me, but my favorites are Balance, Serenity and any of the citrus.  I'll be honest, though, it changes daily for me.  I usually just try to feel which oil I need for the moment and then apply it.  I really think my body knows what it needs in the moment and learning and following that intuition has helped a ton.  Oh, and one last thing, I do a lot of massaging them into my children (particularly my special needs son) and I ALWAYS come away from that experience feeling uplifted and enriched.
