She is making great choices. Birch is not available right now, we will bring it back when the trees are ready for harvesting the bark.

I have had many replies about Past Tense for arthritic pain of all kinds. I personally used it on a friend who's fingers are knarled and frozen. I applied PastTense and while we were talking she started moving her fingers.

I think you should look at this oil for her, it is a great blend and can help other areas as well.

Birch for the pain - I hear wintergreen will work as well but I've only had Birch and I have to use it every night on my knee - once I rub in on my knee the pain is gone and I can sleep!
