There are over 100 different types of arthritis. The two that I know for sure that are autoimmune diseases are rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. If by "regular" arthritis, you mean osteoarthritis (the type most commonly associated with aging), then no, it is not considered an autoimmune disease. Hope this helps!
