There are not any oils that would have a non-refrigerated shelf life of likely less than two years.  Essentials of the Earth has a very good chapter on oil care and storage.  If there are oils that you might use very rarely, refrigeration would not hurt.  The big thing with oils is heat and light.  Keep them cool, dark and the lids on tight.
