Bath Fizzies:
1 cup citric acid
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 c light oil (sunflower, sweet almond, coconut, or our fractionated coconut)
2-4 Tbsp of calming tea (tea of your choice)  like Sleepytime etc. We open the tea bags for it.
Essential Oil of your choice

Stir all together until they form a crumbly dough.  Pack into muffin tins or ice trays.  Let sit overnight or 2 days.  Air dry on a paper towel or wax paper for another 24 hours.  Store in a resealable bag.

I am assured there are probably gobs of recipes out there, but I especially like this one because of the light oil in it, as I have found that so many people have feet issues and most of them are dry.  This recipe seems to hydrate the feet so well and my people have wowed themselves using them.   Enjoy!    PS...you can add crushed dried lavender to it also, that sure makes it interesting to see it floating around in the water.

Some of you asked if my hostess sent invitations.....no, she didn't...she just invited and reminded and they came.   We are real relaxed here in the deep south and if someone doesn't show to one....we invite them to another.        Julie Ann

Thanks so much!

Last night I had a party....expected 5-6 got 13!  We had a blast....I had told the hostess to have everybody bring a foot bath (a small plastic basin-dish pail) and a towel.  I supplied the oils, the hostess the hot water.  The excitement was so high and it was so noisy before we started that to have it on video would have been priceless!!  We filled the pails, (hostess did not have the epsom salts like I had suggested) so I just put 1 drop of Lavender in each one and had them put their feet in it.   I had to cut my talk really short because some of them looked like drooping violets....talk about funny!!   Their tension, anxiety, stress just melted away.   KISS....keep it simple sweetie!!   We wiped feet dry, put on shoes and then I taught them to do each others hands.   Wow!   They were so excited to have learned it and wanted to come to another one!   We had signups and interest in doing the business too!!  I added a "by the way" for the skin care line (sold it too)..... Now that's what I'm talking about!   HA!   ps...do you have a recipe for bath fizzies?  I do ...let me know if you want it.     Julie Ann

Hi!
Does anyone have some good ideas for a spa night?  I want to introduce the skin care system, and talk about the oils in them.  I also want to let them make bath salts with the oils. Are there other things I can share?
