What do you mean by nasal infection? Kennel cough or some other sort
of upper respiratory infection, or are you referring to a skin
infection? Frankincense is always a first choice for pretty much
anything, but more info would be good! Balance and lavender might be
good for calming him if he is nervous due to hearing loss.
