Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX assist

Sorry if I wasn't clear about that.  Yes, I am using the GX first then following with 5 days of PB.  I just wasn't sure if I should be taking the LLW at the same time or waiting until I was done with the GX and PB.  Also, I know this is kind of gross and personal so excuse me, but I have been on the GX and LLW for about 5 days  now and I am drinking a lot and peeing a lot but it is really bright yellow.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Could it be something in them or is it cleansing?  Sorry to be so blunt.

I thought that you are supposed to use the GX assist then after that use the PB assist cause the GX gets rid of all that and cleans out the good bacteria so to use the PB Assist after the GX assist is my suggestion. I have been using them every month and  I am starting to feel much better. Hope that helps too~

If I am using the GX assist for the first time and just got the LLW should I finish the GX and PB before I start the LLW or should I be taking the LLW at the same time as the others?  The candida info that I have always had is that when the candida mutates from a bacteria to a fungus it grows appendages and makes holes in the intestinal tract.  So when I have looked at another candida treatments they suggest using a mixture of slippery elm bark and licorice root every waking hour of the day for 10 days to heal the lining of the intestines.  As much as I would like to do it, I can't get it down once let alone every hour for 10 days.  Does anyone have any information on other ways to heal the intestines?
