COMPENSATION PLAN

WHEN

DETAILS/REQUIREMENTS

RETAIL PROFIT

Immediately

 

25% of Retail Sales and

9% of Preferred Customer Sales

FAST START BONUS

 

Weekly

Paid on new enrollee volume for their first 30 days.  Enroller must be on 100 PV auto ship to participate

·         Generation 1 ð 20% of their volume

·         Generation 2 ð 10% of their volume

·         Generation 3 ð 5 % of their volume

·         Generation 4 ð 3 % of their volume

POWER OF 3 TEAM BONUS

Monthly

Team Volume (PV) must = 600 points ($)

You & 3 of your Level One Consultants must be on Auto ship of $100 or more

·         1st  level – 3 consultants on $100 ASRð$50

·         2nd level – 9 consultants on $100 ASRð$250

·         3rd level–27 consultants on $100 ASRð$1500

 

UNILEVEL ORGANIZATIONAL

BONUS

Monthly

Paid on compressed organizational volume

·         Consultant: 50 PV = 2% on 1st level

·         Manager: 100 PV+500 OV = 2% on 1st level & 3 % on 2nd level

·         Director: 100 PV +1000 OV = 2% 1st level, 3% 2nd level, 5% 3rd level

·         Executive: 100 PV+2000 OV = 2% 1st level, 3 % 2nd level, 5% 3rd level, 5% 4th level

·         Elite: 100 PV+3000 OV = 2% 1st level, 3% 2nd level, 5% 3rd level,  5% 4th level, 6% 6th level

·         Premier:  100 PV+5000 OV = 2 % 1st level, 3% 2nd level, 5% 3rd level, 5% 4th, 6% 5th, 6% 6th

LIFELONG WELLNESS AUTOSHIP REWARDS CREDIT

Provides free product credits for monthly purchases ordered on auto ship which can be used as cash to purchase doTERRA products.  The longer you participate the more credits you earn.

You can earn up to 100 product credits per month.

I wonder if anyone has plain text explanation of the comp.plan.  I am
trying to understand the diagram but fail to fully get it.  Is there a
plain english text somewhere that can help explain all the levels.
Not only for us but we do have people of different nationalities
interested in the Oils and we want to really explain to the the comp
plan.  Thanks in advance.
