With long-term blockages, you are likely to have firm to hard discharge, like plugs, over the next days to weeks of using Breathe. Keep at it! Sounds gross, but remember what Shrek said, "Better out than in!"

Breathe - diffuse and I put it up to my nose - plug one side and breath in several times, then do the other side.

Our 21 year old daughter has a severely blocked sinus passage.  The
 doctor wants to put her on 4 different medications, and we would
 prefer using doTerra oils if possible.  It's really not about a stuffy
 nose, however.  It actually affects her when she drinks liquids, and
 causes her to choke regularly.  Any thoughts?
